Booking Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Booking Terms and Conditions, together with your itinerary, quotation, invoice, Booking Confirmation, and any tour information displayed on https://moroccoguided.tours, form the agreement between you and Morocco Guided Tours.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a payment. They explain the booking process, payment obligations, cancellation rules, traveller responsibilities, and the circumstances in which an itinerary may be changed.

By submitting a booking request or paying any part of the tour price, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller included in the booking.

1. Making a Booking

You may request a booking through:

  • our website;
  • email;
  • telephone or an approved messaging service;
  • an authorised travel agent; or
  • another booking channel approved by Morocco Guided Tours.

After receiving your request, we may send you a proposed itinerary, quotation, payment instructions, or booking acknowledgement. A booking acknowledgement confirms only that we have received your request. It does not mean that accommodation, guides, transportation, or other services have been secured.

You must review all names, travel dates, destinations, room arrangements, activities, and other booking details carefully. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect or incomplete.

Morocco Guided Tours is not responsible for problems or costs resulting from incorrect information provided by you or another person acting on your behalf.

We aim to confirm arrangements within 10 business days after receiving the required deposit, although confirmation may take longer where we are waiting for availability from independent suppliers.

Your booking becomes confirmed only when Morocco Guided Tours sends you a written Booking Confirmation.

2. The Lead Traveller

The person making the booking is the “Lead Traveller.”

The Lead Traveller must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • be authorised to make the booking on behalf of every person included;
  • provide accurate information for all travellers;
  • ensure that each traveller receives and accepts these Terms;
  • communicate booking information and updates to the group; and
  • make all required payments by the applicable deadlines.

We may treat instructions received from the Lead Traveller as instructions given on behalf of everyone named in the booking.

The Lead Traveller is responsible for ensuring that the group provides accurate passport, health, dietary, arrival, departure, and emergency-contact information.

3. Formation of the Contract

A binding booking contract is created when:

  1. Morocco Guided Tours has received the required deposit or full payment; and
  2. we have issued a written Booking Confirmation.

A quotation, proposed itinerary, invoice, payment link, or booking acknowledgement does not by itself create a confirmed contract.

The services included in your contract are limited to those expressly identified in your Booking Confirmation or final itinerary.

Any service not listed as included—including international flights, travel insurance, visa costs, optional activities, personal expenses, gratuities, or additional meals—is excluded unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Prices and Booking Currency

Tour prices are based on the services, traveller numbers, room arrangements, dates, and itinerary described in your quotation.

Before confirmation, Morocco Guided Tours may:

  • correct an obvious pricing or calculation error;
  • revise a quotation following a change in availability;
  • adjust the price where the number of travellers changes;
  • revise the price after you request a different service; or
  • withdraw a quotation that has expired.

The currency stated on your invoice or Booking Confirmation will be the currency of your booking. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all later payments must be made in that same currency.

You are responsible for bank charges, card charges, conversion fees, intermediary-bank fees, and exchange-rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

After your tour has been confirmed, we will not increase the agreed package price solely because currency exchange rates have changed.

However, the price may be adjusted where:

  • you request a booking change;
  • the number of travellers changes;
  • a government introduces or increases a tax, entrance fee, tourism charge, or permit fee;
  • a transportation or fuel surcharge is imposed;
  • an obvious pricing error is identified; or
  • another exceptional external cost directly affects the confirmed services.

Where an adjustment is necessary, we will explain it and provide an updated invoice.

5. Deposits and Balance Payments

When the tour begins more than 60 days after the booking date, a deposit equal to 20% of the total tour price must be paid within 10 days after we issue the booking acknowledgement or invoice.

When the tour begins within 60 days of the booking date, the full tour price is due when the booking is made.

Unless your Booking Confirmation states a different deadline, the remaining balance must be received no later than 60 days before the tour begins.

The deposit is applied toward the total tour price. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit becomes subject to the cancellation conditions in Section 7.

If payment is not received by the applicable deadline, we may send a reminder. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid for seven days after that reminder, Morocco Guided Tours may treat the booking as cancelled by you.

Cancellation charges may then apply.

A payment is considered received only when cleared funds are available to Morocco Guided Tours or our authorised payment provider.

6. Payment Security

Payments may be processed by banks, card processors, payment platforms, or other independent financial-service providers.

Those providers may apply their own terms, identity checks, security procedures, exchange rates, and transaction fees.

Morocco Guided Tours may not receive or retain your complete payment-card details when payment is handled through an independent provider.

You must not send full payment-card details through unsecured email or ordinary messaging services.

Where a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or suspected to be unauthorised, we may suspend the booking until the issue is resolved.

7. Cancellation by You

A cancellation must be submitted in writing by the Lead Traveller to:

booking@moroccoguided.tours

The cancellation takes effect on the business day on which Morocco Guided Tours receives the written notice.

The following cancellation charges apply unless your Booking Confirmation contains different conditions:

Notice received before the tour beginsCancellation charge
60 days or moreDeposit amount
59 to 42 days30% of the total tour price
41 to 15 days50% of the total tour price
14 days or fewer100% of the total tour price

The cancellation charge reflects expenses and commitments connected with planning the tour, reserving guides and vehicles, securing accommodation, and making payments to suppliers.

Where the supplier’s non-refundable charges exceed the percentages above, you may also be responsible for those additional costs if they were disclosed as part of your booking.

No refund is available for:

  • failure to arrive;
  • late arrival;
  • missed transportation;
  • unused accommodation;
  • voluntarily skipped activities;
  • meals or services you choose not to use;
  • incomplete travel documentation; or
  • removal from a tour because of serious misconduct.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation protection.

8. Changes or Transfers Requested by You

Requests to change a confirmed booking must be made in writing by the Lead Traveller.

Morocco Guided Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Changes may result in:

  • supplier amendment charges;
  • cancellation charges for replaced services;
  • differences in accommodation or transportation prices;
  • additional administrative work;
  • changes to the overall itinerary price; or
  • a requirement to cancel and make a new booking.

Requests made 60 days or more before departure will be considered individually.

A substantial change requested fewer than 60 days before departure may be treated as a cancellation of the original arrangements, and the charges in Section 7 may apply.

A traveller who cannot participate may ask to transfer their place to another suitable person. A transfer request must normally be received at least 14 days before departure.

Any replacement traveller must:

  • satisfy the tour’s health, age, mobility, documentation, and activity requirements;
  • accept these Terms;
  • provide all required personal and travel information; and
  • pay any supplier, administrative, or price-difference charges resulting from the transfer.

A transfer may not be possible where a permit, ticket, accommodation reservation, or other service has been issued on a non-transferable basis.

9. Cancellation by Morocco Guided Tours

Morocco Guided Tours may cancel a tour before departure where:

  • the minimum number of participants has not been reached;
  • a guide, vehicle, accommodation, or essential supplier becomes unavailable and cannot reasonably be replaced;
  • operating the tour would create an unacceptable safety risk;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the tour from proceeding;
  • the traveller has not paid the required amount;
  • essential traveller information has not been provided; or
  • the booking was made using inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.

For a cancellation caused by insufficient participant numbers, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where Morocco Guided Tours cancels for an operational reason within our reasonable control, you may be offered:

  • an alternative departure date;
  • a comparable replacement itinerary;
  • a credit toward another Morocco Guided Tours booking; or
  • a refund of payments made to us for the cancelled arrangements.

Your chosen option may be subject to availability and any difference in price.

Unless required by applicable law, Morocco Guided Tours is not responsible for indirect or incidental expenses such as international flights, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance premiums, additional accommodation, or personal purchases.

Travellers should avoid purchasing non-refundable flights or related services until their tour has been confirmed.

10. Minimum Group Numbers

Some shared tours require a minimum number of participants.

Where a minimum applies, it will be stated in the tour description, quotation, or Booking Confirmation.

Until the required number has been reached, we may indicate that the departure is awaiting final confirmation.

If the minimum is not achieved, we may:

  • cancel the departure;
  • offer a different date;
  • propose a private-tour supplement;
  • offer an alternative itinerary; or
  • provide another available option.

You will not be required to accept an alternative that materially changes the agreed tour.

11. Changes Before Departure

Morocco tours are arranged in advance and rely on independent accommodations, drivers, guides, restaurants, activity operators, and other suppliers.

Morocco Guided Tours may therefore make reasonable adjustments before departure.

Minor adjustments may include:

  • changing the order of visits;
  • using a comparable hotel, riad, guesthouse, or desert camp;
  • changing a meeting point;
  • adjusting departure times;
  • replacing a guide or driver;
  • using a different route;
  • changing a restaurant or included meal; or
  • substituting an activity with a similar experience.

Minor adjustments do not give rise to a right to cancel without charge.

Where we make a substantial change before departure, we will notify the Lead Traveller as soon as reasonably possible.

A substantial change may include:

  • a significant change to the confirmed travel dates;
  • removal of a major itinerary component without a reasonable substitute;
  • a substantial reduction in accommodation standard; or
  • a major change to the nature or duration of the tour.

Where practicable, you may choose to:

  • accept the revised arrangements;
  • transfer to a suitable alternative and pay or receive any price difference; or
  • cancel and receive a refund of payments made to Morocco Guided Tours for the materially affected arrangements.

Different rules may apply when the change results from an event beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes During the Tour

Travel in Morocco may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, public events, local closures, seasonal conditions, transportation delays, government restrictions, community activities, or supplier availability.

Morocco Guided Tours, the tour leader, or the local guide may adjust the itinerary where reasonably necessary for safety, practicality, or the overall operation of the tour.

Changes may include:

  • using an alternative road or route;
  • changing the order of destinations;
  • replacing an accommodation or activity;
  • changing meal arrangements;
  • shortening or omitting an unsafe activity;
  • adjusting hiking or driving schedules; or
  • adding rest periods.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the character and principal experiences of the original itinerary.

A refund will not normally be provided for a service that is missed or modified because of:

  • safety concerns;
  • weather or road conditions;
  • traveller delay;
  • illness or personal choice;
  • instructions from authorities;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or
  • a reasonable decision made by the guide in the interests of the group.

Where a replacement service costs more than the original service, Morocco Guided Tours will decide whether the additional cost can be absorbed or must be paid by the traveller.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

Morocco Guided Tours is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by an event that could not reasonably have been predicted, prevented, or controlled.

Such events may include:

  • earthquake, flood, wildfire, sandstorm, drought, landslide, or other natural event;
  • extreme heat, snow, rain, or dangerous weather;
  • epidemic, pandemic, or public-health restriction;
  • war, threatened war, terrorism, civil disturbance, or political instability;
  • closure of roads, airports, borders, monuments, or public spaces;
  • government action or travel restriction;
  • strike, industrial dispute, or interruption of essential services;
  • cancellation or disruption of transportation;
  • failure of utilities or communications systems;
  • sudden illness or incapacity of an essential guide where no replacement is reasonably available; or
  • any comparable event outside our reasonable control.

When such an event occurs, Morocco Guided Tours may change, suspend, postpone, relocate, or cancel part or all of the arrangements.

We will make reasonable efforts to recover refundable amounts from suppliers. However, refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payments, reasonable administrative expenses, or services already provided.

Where appropriate, we may offer a credit, revised itinerary, postponed departure, or alternative service.

We are not responsible for additional costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from an event beyond our reasonable control except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Ending or Leaving a Tour Early

If you decide or are required to leave the tour before it ends, Morocco Guided Tours is not required to refund unused accommodation, transportation, activities, meals, guiding services, or other arrangements.

You are responsible for additional expenses arising from an early departure, including:

  • private transportation;
  • replacement accommodation;
  • medical expenses;
  • changes to flights or tickets;
  • additional meals; and
  • repatriation or onward travel.

We will provide reasonable practical assistance in an emergency where possible, but any resulting costs must be paid by you unless they are covered by your travel insurance or caused by our proven failure to provide the contracted services.

15. Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is required for multi-day tours and tours involving active, remote, or adventure-based experiences.

Your policy should be valid for the full duration of your trip and should provide appropriate cover for:

  • medical treatment;
  • emergency evacuation;
  • repatriation;
  • cancellation and interruption;
  • personal accident;
  • baggage and personal belongings;
  • travel delays;
  • missed departures; and
  • the activities included in your itinerary.

Where your tour includes trekking, cycling, surfing, camel riding, off-road travel, mountain travel, desert travel, or another active experience, you must ensure that the activity is covered by your policy.

Morocco Guided Tours is not responsible where an insurer refuses a claim because the policy was inadequate, an activity was excluded, or the traveller did not comply with the insurer’s conditions.

We may request evidence of insurance before departure.

16. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

Each traveller is responsible for obtaining and carrying:

  • a valid passport;
  • any required visa or entry authorisation;
  • vaccination or health documentation;
  • travel-insurance information;
  • parental consent documents for minors where required; and
  • any other document necessary for travel to, from, or within Morocco.

Passport, visa, transit, and health requirements may vary according to nationality, residence, route, and personal circumstances.

You should obtain current advice from the appropriate embassy, consulate, government authority, or qualified travel professional.

Morocco Guided Tours does not accept responsibility where a traveller:

  • is refused entry;
  • is prevented from boarding transportation;
  • misses part of the tour;
  • is detained by an authority; or
  • incurs a fine or additional expense because their documents are missing, invalid, damaged, expired, or otherwise insufficient.

No refund will be provided for services missed because the traveller did not meet entry, passport, visa, or health requirements.

17. Health, Fitness, and Tour Suitability

Some Morocco Guided Tours itineraries involve:

  • extended walking;
  • uneven streets or pathways;
  • stairs;
  • mountain or desert terrain;
  • high temperatures or cold nights;
  • altitude;
  • long driving periods;
  • limited access to medical facilities; or
  • physically demanding activities.

Before booking, you must consider whether the itinerary is suitable for your health, mobility, fitness, and experience.

You must inform us before confirmation if you or another traveller has:

  • a medical condition that may affect participation;
  • a serious allergy;
  • limited mobility;
  • a disability or accessibility requirement;
  • a pregnancy that may affect the itinerary;
  • a dietary requirement;
  • a recent injury or surgery; or
  • any other condition relevant to safe participation.

Providing this information does not automatically prevent participation. It enables us to assess the itinerary, discuss reasonable adjustments, and determine whether suppliers can safely provide the requested service.

We are not a specialist medical or accessible-travel provider. Some destinations, historic buildings, mountain paths, desert camps, and local vehicles may not offer step-free or specialist access.

We may request medical confirmation of fitness to participate.

Where we reasonably conclude that a tour cannot be operated safely or appropriately for a particular traveller, we may:

  • recommend another itinerary;
  • require a companion or additional support;
  • exclude a specific activity; or
  • decline or cancel the booking.

If material information was withheld when the booking was made, cancellation charges may apply.

18. Special Requests and Dietary Requirements

Special requests should be provided before confirmation and recorded in writing.

Requests may relate to:

  • room location or bed type;
  • dietary requirements;
  • food allergies;
  • accessibility;
  • religious observance;
  • celebrations;
  • guide language;
  • child seats; or
  • other personal preferences.

We will communicate reasonable requests to the relevant supplier but cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled.

A request becomes a contractual obligation only when Morocco Guided Tours expressly confirms it in writing.

We cannot accept a booking that is conditional on a request unless we have specifically agreed to that condition.

Travellers with serious food allergies must take appropriate precautions and should understand that kitchens, markets, restaurants, family homes, and camps may not be able to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

19. Your Guide and Group Conduct

The guide or tour leader is responsible for the practical operation of the itinerary and may make decisions concerning timing, routing, safety, group welfare, and local conditions.

Travellers must follow reasonable instructions given by:

  • the guide;
  • the driver;
  • an activity instructor;
  • accommodation staff;
  • local authorities; or
  • another person acting on behalf of Morocco Guided Tours.

We expect travellers to behave respectfully toward:

  • other guests;
  • local residents;
  • guides and drivers;
  • accommodation and restaurant staff;
  • cultural and religious sites;
  • animals;
  • the natural environment; and
  • local customs and laws.

Morocco Guided Tours may remove a traveller from an activity or tour where their behaviour:

  • creates a safety risk;
  • is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or persistently disruptive;
  • causes serious distress to another person;
  • involves illegal conduct;
  • damages property;
  • disregards repeated safety instructions;
  • involves excessive intoxication; or
  • negatively affects the group’s ability to continue.

Where a traveller is removed for these reasons:

  • no refund will be payable;
  • our responsibility for their continuing arrangements may end;
  • the traveller must arrange and pay for onward travel; and
  • the traveller may be responsible for losses or expenses caused by their conduct.

20. Adventure Activities and Assumption of Risk

Travel and outdoor activities involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Depending on the itinerary, these risks may include:

  • road travel;
  • walking on uneven surfaces;
  • trekking or mountain conditions;
  • cycling;
  • surfing or water-based activities;
  • camel riding;
  • quad biking or off-road travel;
  • heat, cold, altitude, or dehydration;
  • encounters with animals;
  • remote locations;
  • limited medical facilities; and
  • delays in emergency assistance.

By participating, you acknowledge the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with the destination and selected activities.

You are responsible for:

  • honestly assessing your ability;
  • using provided safety equipment;
  • wearing appropriate footwear and clothing;
  • following safety briefings;
  • notifying the guide if you feel unwell or unsafe; and
  • choosing not to participate where you reasonably believe an activity exceeds your ability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility arising from proven negligence where applicable law does not allow such exclusion.

21. Independent Suppliers

Parts of your tour may be provided by independent businesses, including:

  • riads and hotels;
  • desert camps;
  • transport operators;
  • drivers;
  • local guides;
  • restaurants;
  • activity companies;
  • attraction operators; and
  • other local service providers.

These suppliers may operate under their own terms, safety rules, schedules, and liability conditions.

Morocco Guided Tours selects suppliers with reasonable care but does not control every aspect of their daily operations.

Where a problem is caused solely by an independent supplier, we will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with that supplier. Our responsibility will be determined by the nature of the service, the booking contract, and applicable law.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a supplier providing a service that you booked independently and that is not included in your Morocco Guided Tours contract.

22. Accommodation and Room Arrangements

Accommodation in Morocco varies widely and may include hotels, riads, kasbahs, guesthouses, mountain lodges, family-run properties, and desert camps.

Standards, room sizes, facilities, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, noise levels, and accessibility may differ from those commonly found in your home country.

Traditional riads may have stairs, internal courtyards, open walkways, or rooms with different layouts.

Desert camps and remote accommodation may provide simpler facilities and limited electricity, internet, hot water, heating, or air conditioning.

Unless your Booking Confirmation states otherwise:

  • room categories are subject to availability;
  • bedding arrangements are requests rather than guarantees;
  • check-in and check-out times are controlled by the accommodation;
  • additional charges may apply for early arrival or late departure; and
  • local tourism taxes or personal expenses may be payable directly.

Solo Travellers and Single Supplements

A solo traveller may be required to pay a single supplement where the quoted tour price is based on two people sharing a room.

Payment of a single supplement normally provides private accommodation, subject to the room type and facilities available at each property.

A single room may be smaller or differently configured than a double or twin room.

Morocco Guided Tours will not place unrelated travellers together unless they have expressly agreed to share.

23. Complaints and Assistance During the Tour

Where a problem arises during the tour, you must report it promptly to:

  • your guide;
  • the relevant supplier; or
  • Morocco Guided Tours.

This gives us an opportunity to investigate and, where reasonably possible, correct the problem while the tour is taking place.

You should not wait until returning home to report an issue that could have been addressed locally.

For assistance, contact:

Email: booking@moroccoguided.tours
Telephone: +212 697 598 706

If the matter is not resolved during the trip, send a written complaint within 28 days after the tour ends.

Your complaint should include:

  • the booking name or reference;
  • the relevant tour dates;
  • a clear description of what happened;
  • when and to whom it was reported;
  • supporting photographs, receipts, or correspondence; and
  • the outcome you are requesting.

Failure to report an issue promptly may affect our ability to investigate or provide an appropriate remedy.

24. Traveller Responsibility for Damage

You are responsible for loss, damage, excessive cleaning, or other expense caused by you to:

  • accommodation;
  • vehicles;
  • equipment;
  • attractions;
  • private homes;
  • restaurants;
  • camps; or
  • other property used during the tour.

You must report existing damage as soon as you notice it.

Where you or a member of your booking causes damage, you may be required to pay the supplier directly or reimburse Morocco Guided Tours for reasonable repair, replacement, recovery, or cleaning costs.

This responsibility also applies to fines, penalties, or expenses resulting from your unlawful or reckless conduct.

25. Baggage and Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your passport, money, electronic devices, luggage, valuables, and other personal belongings.

You should:

  • use locks and available safes;
  • keep important documents secure;
  • avoid leaving valuables unattended;
  • comply with baggage restrictions; and
  • maintain appropriate insurance.

Morocco Guided Tours is not responsible for ordinary loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless directly caused by our proven negligence and liability cannot legally be excluded.

Vehicle and accommodation storage space may be limited. We may impose reasonable baggage restrictions for tours using small vehicles, remote accommodation, trekking support, or desert transport.

Any applicable restrictions will be communicated before departure.

26. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, Morocco Guided Tours may offer promotional prices, referral incentives, returning-customer discounts, or limited-time offers.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • offers apply only to new bookings;
  • discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • promotions cannot be combined;
  • availability may be limited;
  • blackout dates may apply;
  • the offer may end without notice; and
  • the specific promotion’s conditions will take priority if they conflict with this section.

A discount or promotional code must be applied before the booking is confirmed. It cannot normally be added retrospectively.

27. Website and Itinerary Accuracy

Morocco Guided Tours makes reasonable efforts to keep website descriptions, photographs, itineraries, prices, travel times, and accommodation information accurate.

However:

  • road and driving times may vary;
  • photographs may show examples rather than the exact room, vehicle, meal, or experience;
  • seasonal conditions may alter landscapes or activities;
  • businesses may change facilities or operating hours;
  • local authorities may close attractions;
  • maps may be approximate; and
  • errors may occasionally occur.

You should review the final quotation and Booking Confirmation rather than relying solely on general website content or social-media posts.

If we identify a material error before confirmation, we may correct it and issue a revised quotation.

28. Photographs and Promotional Content

Morocco Guided Tours will not use an identifiable photograph, video, testimonial, or other customer content for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis, such as your permission.

Where a guide takes group photographs, you may tell the guide that you do not wish to be photographed or included in promotional material.

Further information about the handling of photographs and personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

29. Personal Information

Morocco Guided Tours collects and uses personal information to manage enquiries, bookings, payments, itineraries, safety requirements, supplier arrangements, and customer communications.

Information may be shared with guides, drivers, accommodations, activity operators, and other providers where necessary to deliver your tour.

The collection and use of personal information are governed by the Morocco Guided Tours Privacy Policy available through:

https://moroccoguided.tours

30. Electronic Communications

You agree that booking documents and notices may be provided electronically, including by email, website form, payment platform, or an agreed messaging service.

You are responsible for:

  • providing an accurate email address and telephone number;
  • checking spam or junk folders;
  • notify us when your contact details change; and
  • reviewing communications sent before departure.

An email is considered received when it reaches the address supplied by you, unless we receive a delivery-failure notification.

31. Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

Where Morocco Guided Tours does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that the right has been waived.

A waiver is effective only when expressly confirmed by us in writing.

32. Governing Rules and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute relating to your booking will be governed by the laws applicable to Morocco Guided Tours and the booking contract.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right that applies to you and cannot legally be excluded.

We encourage travellers to contact us first so that any disagreement can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved amicably.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
